 Deliciously Nutritious Baked Oat Bars Recipe

Ingredients:


- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)

- 1/2 cup honey

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup chopped dried fruits (cranberries, raisins, cherries)

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- Optional: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or seeds


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, honey, brown sugar, dried fruits, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

5. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
