 Ingredients for Chicken & Marinade
:

    - Chicken: 4 drumsticks

   - Marinade ingredients:

        - Olive oil: 2 tbsp

        - Paprika: 1 tsp

        - Garlic powder: 1 tsp

        - Onion powder: 1 tsp

        - Ground cumin: 1 tsp

        - Dried oregano: 1 tsp

    - Seasoning: salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with: Freshly chopped parsley

Step-by-Step Guide:

    - Start by preheating your oven to 400°F   (200°C).

    - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

    - Take the chicken drumsticks and rub the marinade all over them, making sure they're well coated.

    - If you have a few extra minutes, let the chicken marinate for 10-15 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Toss Vegetables:

Mix diced potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until coated.

Roasting and Serving:

    - Position the marinated chicken drumsticks in the center of a large roasting pan or baking dish.

    - Surround the chicken with the prepared vegetables.

    - Roast in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

    - Flip the chicken drumsticks halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.

    - Once cooked, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.

    - Serve hot and enjoy your delicious roasted chicken and vegetables.

Exploring Variations:

    - Vegetable Options: Don't be afraid to get creative with your vegetable choices - zucchini, sweet potatoes, and parsnips are all great additions.

    - Spicing it Up: If you like a little heat, add some chili flakes or cayenne pepper to give your dish a boost.

    - Herbal Infusions: Fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, and basil can add a lot of depth and complexity to your dish.

    - Chicken Options: If you prefer a different cut of chicken, thighs or breasts work well too - just adjust the cooking time as needed.
